a study in tension, hope, and friendship in prison. prison escape films have always been a hard type of film for me to connect with. but this is one that actually worked fairly well for me. all of the elements of the film came together to create an incredibly tense, sometimes shocking, and rewarding experience for those that are able to stick with it. becker spends a very long time establishing the procedure of the escape, capturing every menial task and minute detail while still spending time developing the characters in this cell. this forces us to sit there with these people and invest in... read more

la evasión. excelente película carcelaria, que funciona al milímetro en todo desde el primer segundo hasta el ultimo. las actuaciones (no profesionales) son sobrebias y le dan un realismo a todo el plan de fuga nunca antes visto. casi como documental, todo es verosímil y de una gran maestría. en la película actuaba el preso real que realmente diseño la huida. read more
