Dark Skies

2013s Dark Skies is the next up in my Blumhouse review series and this is a rather unique one. If it was rated R I think I wouldve liked it a bit better as it feels quite tame This movie stars Keri Russell and Josh Hamilton who both do fine jobs but they didnt pick one to focus on, rather flip-flopping between the two. The real star here is J.K. Simmons and he kills it as always, I just wish he was in it a bit more. The kids here do not do a good job at all, but they are child actors so its as expected.
