If you're a real My Hero Academia fan, you'll enjoy this movie.

Story & Characters (9/10)

My Hero Academia features a huge variety of characters with super powers known as "quirks". The characters attend UA (a prestigious high school) hoping to achieve their dreams of becoming the world's best hero. This movie features all the students of UA. The most amazing part of this movie is that it features screen time of all the students in class 1A. Everybody gets to showcase their talent! The part I was looking forward to the most was having a movie where even the supporting characters get a chance to shine! There was a lot of action packed scenes demonstrating everybody's quirks.
Essentially, that's my favorite part of My Hero Academia. You have a wide variety of characters to choose from. My Hero Academia also embraces individualism. Each character has a unique quirk and personality. But the time frame of the movie seems to be ahead of season 4.

I gave it a 9/10 because it featured too much Midoriya and Bakugo. Although those characters are hugely popular, I would like to see a tiny bit more screen time for supporting characters. But that's my only complaint.

Enjoyment (10/10)

The movie left me at the edge of my seat. There was a lot of action packed scenes which are typical of shounen anime. There's also comedy, and humor.

Music / Sound (8/10) : Japanese Pop, and a classical violin instrumental plays in the background.

Art (7/10) : I wish I could give a higher rating for art. But like typical shounen anime, My Hero Academia is drawn simplistically. The focus is more on fight scenes. Todoroki has a very colorful mix of red and white hair. So Todoroki is fun to cosplay. But shounen anime tend to focus more on animating fight scenes than on creating highly-detailed, beautiful, and visually attractive characters.
